This project on 3-2-1 Stamp on FaceBook Live today ended up being a toughie! I don’t think I’ve ever demonstrated a card and then when done, decided that I didn’t like it! The card I had made with Hand-Penned Designer Series Paper looked great to me so I cut supplies with a Christmas theme, fully expecting everything to go just fine. Well … I ended up adding a few things to the original card and the photo above is what I ended up with and this time I like it!

I changed the original front of the card so that it now is the back. Here’s a picture of the back – I preferred it this way so that there is room to add a personalize greeting on the Basic White panel.

There are 2 videos as I wanted to give you an update on the 2nd version of the card. I really do recommend using the tutorial to get the measurements you need for card stock and Designer Series Paper (DSP) and then using the video to assemble. It’s tough finding wording to explain this one so, as usual, if you have questions about this project, please let me know. Snowflake Wishes card (for real … isn’t it fun to find non-Christmas greetings in a Christmas set!

3-2-1 Stamp on FaceBook Live today shows you the most simple way to make a shaker card. The key to this is using the Stampin’ Up! Medium Clear Envelopes (#102619). Watch the FaceBook Live video below for step by step instructions; the tutorial with cutting instructions is below for you to download and/or print. Look for 2 other Shaker Card projects below using alternative Designer Series Papers for even more creativity. If you duplicate this project, I’d love to see what you do so please send me a picture if you’re willing to share your picture with the Ink and Sparkle stamping community!

The original intent of the card pack may have been for pocket page scrapbooking but let me assure you, there is so much more that you can do with these supplies!

Yesterday’s project for 3-2-1 Stamp on FaceBook Live showcased the beautiful Fine Arts Designer Series Paper along with the Golden Garden Designer Specialty Acetate. When these two are combined, oh what beautiful art you have. Did you know that many of Stampin’ Up!’s Designer Series papers are hand-painted by a designer and then photographed? The project for 3-2-1 Stamp FaceBook Live is a creation by Stesia Bloodhart of stampinhoot.com; I have CASE’d her project which means COPY AND SHARE EVERYTHING or, as some people define, COPY AND SELECTIVELY EDIT. I think I have done the second of those definitions! I must admit today has been a bit of challenge in our house – digital/internet wise and I lost track of which items accounted for each of the 3, 2 and 1 designation for my project. Let’s just say I am happy to have my project ready for you to see and well … the rest of the challenges will just have to wait. I’ve been researching how to attach our printer to our new modem and have tried all sorts of procedures without success and the only real result was a stress headache – ugh! Stamping, however, brings me much joy and I must say that after doing the 3-2-1 Stamp FB Live, I was feeling much better and more hopeful for a soon-to-be found solution.

If your “must have list”of supplies is rather lengthy, consider choosing the Starter Kit without sales or business obligation. Normally the Starter Kit includes up to $165 of merchandise for $135 including shipping (GST still needs to be paid unfortunately!). By choosing the Starter Kit from now until June the Join+ Promotion gives you $206 of completely customizable merchandise for $135 (no shipping cost, you just pay the $135 plus GST). You don’t need to do classes, run things as a business (but you definitely can if you wish!) and can simply enjoy the demonstrator discount for as long as you wish. Those who purchase the Starter Kit in May or June aren’t required to purchase the quarterly minimum until the next quarter (July/August/Sept). Join the Stampin’ Up! community, use your minimum 20% demonstrator discount for as long as you like and make things work the way you want.

If you live in Canada and do not already have a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator, I would be happy to get a new 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue to you. If you live in or near Edmonton and can come pick up your catalogue, there is no cost and I will include a few pieces of the 2021-2023 In-Color Cardstock and supplies to start making projects even before you get a chance to crack open your new Catalogue.
