Yes … it’s another card using the New Horizons 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper! Hope you like it!!

This is one of the extra projects I made as I was prepping the card stock, etc for this Friday’s Cookies & Cards Class (May 27 at 7 pm in person; contact me for the To-Go option if you prefer). We are making masculine cards – a type of project that customers often request. If you’d like to make a couple of cards, receive an email with the tutorials with pictures, let me know. Cost is $20 or free with a Stampin’ Up! order with me for a minimum of $30 before shipping and GST. Cost is only $10 for members of my Stampin’ Up! demonstrator team, Ink and Sparkle Stampers.

3-2-1 Stamp THURSDAY May 19, 2022: Tea Boutique Cards & Envelopes

Just add a 1/2 sheet of Sweet Sorbet card stock to a coordinating card base from the Tea Boutique Cards & Envelopes pack and you’ve got a stepped up but still super quick card!

Today’s 3-2-1 Stamp is a day late … sorry about that! Are you feeling like me and in need of a holiday? The reason for the late post: For my husband and I, we’ve been working through lots of details selling a rental property we have – I’m in need of some Stampin’ Up! stress-relieving card making and well … the holiday will come soon hopefully!

This card started out as a card base in the beautiful Tea Boutique Cards & Envelopes pack. If you use the card bases and beautifully pre-decorated envelopes just as they come, they are gorgeous — there are 5 colours of card bases that correspond to the. brand new 2022-2024 In Colors that debuted in the 2022-23 Stampin’ Up! catalogue. They are so much more beautiful in person — such clear, saturated colours — you’ve got to come see them at my class and get some of these in your own hands!

Here is are the supplies that started out as a pre-printed March 2022 Paper Pumpkin kit (as of the time posting today, I’ve got 2 more refill kits from this Paper Pumpkin at $15 each if you’d like one for yourself or a friend. The Refill Kit doesn’t include the stamp or Ink that came with the full kit but has everything else you need!). All I added to the kit supplies was my brand new In-Color Stampin’ Write Markers and a half sheet of the Orchid Oasis (another one of the 2022-2024 In-Colors) card stock.

Isn’t this Hand-Penned suite of products so pretty! We are revisiting the Hand-Penned group of products and today we are using the Memories & More Cards & Envelopes as well as Card Pack. This suite of products has been my favourite and I would even go as far as to say that it has been a favourite as compared to any of the products I’ve loved from Stampin’ Up! though the years. The delicate, hand-drawn images remind me of flowers I remember from my grandmother’s garden in Sutton, England. It also contains the images and colours that my friend Heather was known for (if you’ve stamped with me for fairly long period, you will have known Heather before she sadly passed away).

I “CASE’d” the project (Copy & Selectively Edited) the project by changing up colours and adding Wink of Stella and coloured the ribbon I chose. Demonstrator (Lisa Althouse) demonstrate this card sketch using the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper and a series of different green tones from Stampin’ Up! products. Immediately I though about the beautiful DSPs we have in the current 2 catalogues and though about using the measurements for her card design and changing things up a bit. On the video today, I used the heartwarming Hugs DSP but showed another version using Tidings of Christmas DSP from the 2021-22 Annual Catalogue.
