Yes … it’s another card using the New Horizons 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper! Hope you like it!!

This is one of the extra projects I made as I was prepping the card stock, etc for this Friday’s Cookies & Cards Class (May 27 at 7 pm in person; contact me for the To-Go option if you prefer). We are making masculine cards – a type of project that customers often request. If you’d like to make a couple of cards, receive an email with the tutorials with pictures, let me know. 3-2-1 Stamp THURSDAY May 19, 2022: Tea Boutique Cards & Envelopes

Just add a 1/2 sheet of Sweet Sorbet card stock to a coordinating card base from the Tea Boutique Cards & Envelopes pack and you’ve got a stepped up but still super quick card!

Today’s 3-2-1 Stamp is a day late … sorry about that! Are you feeling like me and in need of a holiday? The reason for the late post: For my husband and I, we’ve been working through lots of details selling a rental property we have – I’m in need of some Stampin’ Up! stress-relieving card making and well … the holiday will come soon hopefully!

This card started out as a card base in the beautiful Tea Boutique Cards & Envelopes pack. If you use the card bases and beautifully pre-decorated envelopes just as they come, they are gorgeous — there are 5 colours of card bases that correspond to the. brand new 2022-2024 In Colors that debuted in the 2022-23 Stampin’ Up! catalogue. They are so much more beautiful in person — such clear, saturated colours — you’ve got to come see them at my class and get some of these in your own hands!

Here is are the supplies that started out as a pre-printed March 2022 Paper Pumpkin kit (as of the time posting today, I’ve got 2 more refill kits from this Paper Pumpkin at $15 each if you’d like one for yourself or a friend. The Refill Kit doesn’t include the stamp or Ink that came with the full kit but has everything else you need!). All I added to the kit supplies was my brand new In-Color Stampin’ Write Markers and a half sheet of the Orchid Oasis (another one of the 2022-2024 In-Colors) card stock.

The 1st card on today’s post is a direct copy or what the Stampin’ Up! world calls CASE’d (Copy & Selectively Edited) her beautiful card and changed things up a bit. The 2nd card is my own design using the pieces that are diecut from the first card! Today’s card came about as I saw a beautiful card by Dawn Olchefske on her blog dostamping.typepad.com dated March 12, 2022. I CASE’d (Copy & Selectively Edited) her beautiful card and changed things up a bit. I also saw another Stampin’ Up! demonstrator – sorry … I’m not sure who it was 😦 … who turned a punched piece from the Sprig Punch into a sprig of Pussy Willows. I wanted to share a project with you using the Pussy Willows and this is what I came up with. I just love the hand-painted look to the Beyond the Horizon card bases in the March 2022 Paper Pumpkin kit and New Horizons Designer Series Paper. The talented concept artists at Stampin’ Up! hand-paint the originals of these designs and then the paintings are photographed and the Designer Series Papers are printed from the photos. What an amazing group of artists and we get to use their beautiful works in our paper crafting – just another reason to love working with Stampin’ Up! products!

This is definitely one of the more simple cards I’ve made lately. I started with an old card I kept from a few years back. For today’s design, I wanted the cross to be centre focus and chose the pre-printed card base from the March 2022 Paper Pumpkin with that in mind. I liked how the swirl of colours near the upper part of the cross complimented the dark woodgrain and gold filagree of the cross itself. You may be surprised to know that I actually turned the intended direction of the card upside-down to make this effect work for the design. Don’t be afraid to use your supplies in a different way than originally intended — you never know if you’ll like it unless you try!

Isn’t this Hand-Penned suite of products so pretty! We are revisiting the Hand-Penned group of products and today we are using the Memories & More Cards & Envelopes as well as Card Pack. This suite of products has been my favourite and I would even go as far as to say that it has been a favourite as compared to any of the products I’ve loved from Stampin’ Up! though the years. The delicate, hand-drawn images remind me of flowers I remember from my grandmother’s garden in Sutton, England. 3-2-1 Stamp Weds March 9, 2022: Waves of the Ocean Bridge Fold Card

Have you ever crafted a Bridge Fold card? There were several things on my mind that ended up making this card come together. I have been wanting to use colours of the Ukranian flag in a card project (the war in Ukraine is heart-wrenching), the next series of products for 3-2-1 Stamp are the Waves of the Ocean stamps, dies & accessories plus I always love sharing another fun card fold! So here is the design for this week – it is a CASE’d project which stands for Copy And Selectively Edit – I adjusted just a few parts of the card from the project I saw by fellow demonstrator, Leena Girsa of ALaCards.blogspot.com.

There were problems with the audio at about the 8:00 minute mark. If you need any clarification of the “how to”, please let me know. I will redo the video Friday or Saturday and repost that asap.

The project for today’s 3-2-1 Stamp on FaceBook Live was inspired by a project I saw on FaceBook in the Demonstrator Planning group. I “CASE’d” the project (Copy & Selectively Edited) the project by changing up colours and adding Wink of Stella and coloured the ribbon I chose.
